Not Happy with Your Smile? Reinvent It with Dental Implants

Dental implants

Are you are missing a tooth or teeth, or even parts of your jaw? Are these conditions causing you to be self conscious about your smile and overall appearance? Luckily these dental issues can be restored with dental implants. However, dental implants are not for everyone. First, there are a couple of very important factors that must be considered. If you have healthy gums and a healthy jawbone, your mouth will be able to support dental implants and should definitely be taken into consideration to improve your appearance and oral health.

What are dental implants
? Dental implants are artificial dental roots installed in your mouth to hold an artificial tooth. There are three different types of dental implants. The three types of dental implants include Endosseous (en-doss-ee-us), or “within the bone,” Subperiosteal(sub-pear-ee-oss-tee-al) “on top of the bone,” and Transosteal (trans-oss-tee-al) “through the bone.” Using the service of cosmetic dentistry before and after your dental implant procedure is the best way to figure out which type of implant is right for your mouth and to ensure the procedure is followed up properly to avoid any complications.

Sometimes people with discolored or stained teeth chose dental implants to help brighten their smile with artificial teeth. However, a professional teeth whitening procedure or dental veneers are a more affordable and easier cosmetic dentistry procedure. Do not let your damaged or missing teeth affect your appearance and quality of life. Speak with a cosmetic dentist today to find a procedure that is right for you. References.

I absolutely HATE gross teeth. I usually see a cosmetic dentist twice a year for a professional teeth whitening procedure. I could never date someone with bad teeth. Just a pet-peeve I have.
